胎死腹中的 Cell Cover

很多該面對的事情還是要面對
之前說到要設計 Cell 封面一事
其實早就到一個段落
而雜誌編輯並沒有採用我們的設計
當然我們已經很幸運的能將文章投入 Cell
所以就算封面設計沒能獲得青睞
我仍然很開心有現在的成就
既然這是我痣己的部落格
我想放什麼就放什麼
所以就讓大家看看我們的設計吧

On the cover:  The TORC1 kinase complex regulates various synthesis and turnover pathways in the cell, including translation, transcription, cell cycle progression, and autophagy. In this issue, MacGurn et al. show that a TORC1-Npr1 negative kinase cascade controls endocytosis by regulating the activity of an E3 ubiquitin ligase adaptor, Art1. The image depicts the TORC1 kinase complex as a god with three heads (corresponding to the subunits Raptor, Tor kinase, and Lst8) and eight arms that control different aspects of cell growth and proliferation. The cover was designed by Pi-Chiang Hsu and Kuan-Jung Chen.
